Questions to ask your estate agent
When you are looking to buy or sell a property is common to use an Estate Agents Stonehouse way such as TGRES. Estate Agents like this are able to help you in a number of different ways such as providing you with a valuation for your home, lining up prospective viewings and helping you to find homes that might be suitable for you to purchase.
There are a number of questions that you might want to ask your chosen estate agent to find out whether they are going to be the best fit for the support that you are looking for. Here is a couple of the questions for you to think about.
Experience – ask them what experience they have of selling properties in your area and of the type of home that you have. This will give you an idea as to whether they have been able to sell similar properties in the past. It will also help you to understand whether they know the local area well enough to be able to give you a good valuation for your home. These kinds of questions also apply to the area that you are looking to move to.
Time scales – ask them for some examples of timescales for the sale of properties like yours. This of course doesn’t mean the same timescale will occur for your property as there are a lot of factors to consider but it will at least give you some idea.
