What is Wellness
It is known as well-being to the state of the human person in which the good functioning of his somatic and psychic activity is made sensitive to him. As such, the term refers to a state of personal satisfaction, or comfort that provides the individual with economic, social, work, psychological, and biological satisfaction, among others.

However, welfare is a subjective state since the human being, being so diverse and different, has different ways of perceiving what a welfare situation may be, which means that what could be a welfare situation for a person another may not be, so it will be up to each one to differentiate whether he feels in a beneficial state or not.
For example, for some people, the welfare state is represented by having a good car, good employment, dressing up with a brand, good vacations, good interpersonal relationships, family relationships, among others.

Social welfare is a set of elements that allows the individual to have a quality of life level. In the same term, it includes monetary wealth (economic well-being), access to goods and services, freedom, pleasure, innovation, mental health, among others.
In reference to this point, the State has the obligation to provide its inhabitants with social welfare, which is fundamental to the implementation of political measures that allow the redistribution of income and the development of public services for the social welfare of society.
Physical well-being
Physical well-being is the global condition of the human body in relation to pathologies and physical capacity. The individual must take care of and invest in their health, since their body affects their physical activities and their quality of life, which is why it is essential to have a balanced diet, perform physical exercises, reduce excess alcoholic beverages, avoid the use of drugs, cigarettes, among others. Physical well-being is plausible if we are in balance with our body and this includes being healthy, something that is only possible if we are away from harmful vices such as drugs and alcohol, if we exercise and if we eat healthy foods.
Mental well-being
Mental well-being is the mental balance between internal and external experiences. The healthy individual with mental health seeks to be well in their social environment, live the fullness of life accepting their emotions and handle different types of emotions.
Labor wellbeing
Labor welfare can be seen as the desired state by the individuals that make up an organization, being this one responsible for creating different projects or programs that seek to protect the rights and social interests of employees.
Welfare state
The welfare state is the set of measures or policies developed by a government with the aim of providing opportunities for all citizens to take advantage of, such as education services, housing, food, among other services.
Welfare and its relation to money and the interior
But how that satisfaction and happiness is achieved or achieved … of course there are many ways to do it and surely we will all have completely different ways and methods since there is no one person like another. And on the other hand, each individual will have their own idea of what makes them feel happy and satisfied.
And on the other hand, mental well-being implies that our mind is calm, at peace and this will be possible if we keep away from stress and worries. And for now, one way to do it is to get away from what causes us problems, tension and approaching as a counterpart to meditation, reflection, and everything that brings us joy.
Finally, the term welfare appears for the first time in the sixteenth century to designate the satisfaction of physical needs, while in the eighteenth century this term refers to the material situation that allows meeting the needs of existence. On the other hand, when well-being transcends the borders of the personal, already involving a greater number of people, social welfare will be discussed and the state of each Nation in question will have to respond, program and establish the necessary conditions, such as the distribution of wealth and access to possibilities so that everyone can enjoy a better quality of life and achieve the long-awaited well-being.
