Unconditional love of chocolate

Roll with chestnuts (for 6/8 people): Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Separate the egg whites from 6 eggs. Beat the egg whites to the point of snow. When they double their volume, add 75 g of sugar and continue beating until they are firm. Besides, beat the yolks with 75g of sugar.

Add 100g of chopped chestnuts into small pieces. Spread the chestnut cream over the sponge cake and roll carefully. Let cool a few minutes and add 50g salted butter and 200g of chocolate in pieces. Remove. Separate the whites from the yolks of 3 eggs. Beat the yolks; add them to the chocolate mixture and mix. Then beat the egg whites until stiff and add them. Pour the mousse into small glasses and serve cold.

Crunchy cake (for 6/8 people): Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake 1 sheet of dough breeze half an hour, placed in a previously greased mold. Melt 30g of chocolate and 10g of butter in a bain-marie, mix and add 90g of praline. Remove and add 30g of crumbled biscuits. Stretch this mixture over the mass of the breeze. Reserve in cold 30 minutes.

For the ganache, break 300g of dark chocolate into pieces. Heat 200g of cream, pour over them and stir. Let it cool before adding 3 yolks one by one. Then, pour 40g butter and mix. Pour the ganache over the cake and let it cool for at least two hours.

Fondant with orange (for 6 people): Start with the fondant, separating the yolks from the whites of 4 eggs and melting 270g of dark chocolate to the fire. Remove it and add 160g of soft butter and yolks. Apart, mount the egg whites until stiff and incorporate 30g of sugar when they double their volume. Add the chocolate little by little and mix well.

Line a sponge cake and pour the cream. Leave in the refrigerator 12 hours. Heat 50cl of semi-skimmed milk until it boils. Add 6 beaten yolks with 140g of sugar and cook 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until you have the custard. Turn off, add 1 lemon zest and 2 oranges, and let cool. Serve the custard with the fondant.

A red passion

Red velvet cake: thanks to FunCakes you can now make velvet red tart with chocolate flavor. With the ingredients at room temperature, pre-heat the oven to 175ºC, add 500g of this preparation, 3 eggs, 100ml of vegetable oil. And 200ml of water in a recipient. Mix for about 6-8 minutes. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Bake the cake in the middle position of the oven for 40-45 minutes. For the filling uses cheese frosting.

Red muffins with cream frosting: mix 250gr of butter and 400g of sugar. Beat until a creamy and smooth dough forms. Then, add 6 eggs one by one and continue to beat. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Perfumes the dough with vanilla essence. Pour 250cl of milk interspersed with 500gr of flour and integrate these ingredients with the previous ones. And add red food coloring. Distribute the preparation in silicone molds for muffins, or paper capsule. Bake the muffins for 20 minutes. Let them cool on a rack and decorate with cheese frosting.

Chocolate mousse in chocolate cup with raspberries: we make the same mousse seen in the previous gallery. But this is what we will fill it with over cups made of chocolate: we melt preferably black chocolate.
